HK Series

The trip to Hong Kong was the playground for broadening my sensitivity. The urban structure, the wet markets, the giant building, the red cabs and the Ding Ding, the past and the present, all mixed up. Being in Hong Kong has been a continuous wonder and putting all this into the images of the series has been, artistically speaking, the most formative experience. The seeds planted in the HK series were the basis for subsequent works. The HK series to me represents wide-eyed wonder at life and its forms, at the way they vibrate and pulse.
